Using images for which you don't have permission or copyright can bring a world of trouble. Learn what falls under Fair Use and how to best follow and use copyright law in the digital age when sharing images is easy. Participants will find out how to manage photo duplication services and requests. This program will be presented by Attorney Kenan Farrell and photo historian Joan Hostetler. Fee: $35.00. This workshop is open to the public but is designed for those working in libraries, museums, and other professional situations. It is presented by the Carmel Clay Historical Society and will be held in the Program Room.
