CCPL

Reminders and Notices

CCPL sends notices when your holds are available and sends reminders two days before your items are due. We also send a courtesy e-mail one month before your card expires, reminding you to renew it.

We can communicate with you electronically in two ways: E-mail and text messages. E-mail is our standard method of communication, and is the default when you get a library card. If you aren't receiving e-mail notices, or want to update your e-mail address, click the link below:

CCPL is now also sending notices and reminders via text message. If you sign up for this service, it will replace e-mail as our primary means of communication with you. Standard text-messaging rates may apply; please check with your provider and service plan.

If you would prefer to receive phone calls about available holds, we will have to remove your e-mail address from our records. Please note, if we remove your e-mail addreses from your record, you will not receive the e-mail reminders of items soon to be due. Please call the circulation desk at 844-3361 to have your e-mail address removed from your record.
