• Sensory Storytime @ the Monon Center

  Especially designed for kids with special needs and their caregivers, Sensory Storytime combines books, low-key songs, gentle movement, and therapeutic activities to stimulate all five senses. Siblings are welcome, and families are encouraged to stay and socialize at the conclusion of the program. Registration for this free program is required through Carmel Clay Parks and Recreation, either online at carmelclayparks.com, in person at the Monon Community Center, by calling (317) 848-7275, or by mailing the registration form to MCC East at 1235 Central Park Drive East. The registration deadline is one week prior to the start date of the program. Minimum/maximum: 5/10 children. This program will be held in the Monon Community Center Meeting Room and is for special-needs children ages 3-12 and their caregivers.
