Cuba Diaries by Isadora Tattlin The author of this book is an American housewife of a European businessman who is stationed in Havana in the mid 1990's when Cuba was struggling with economic problems related to the loss of support from the Soviet Union. I have a facination with Cuba which is frozen in the 1950's so I found this book very interesting to read although the book is full of Spanish words so it isn't an easy read unless you know Spanish.
