Cuba Diaries
Cuba Diaries by Isadora Tattlin (Adventure, Suspense, Travel, Sports)
The author of this book is an American housewife of a European businessman who is stationed in Havana in the mid 1990's when Cuba was struggling with economic problems related to the loss of support from the Soviet Union. I have a facination with Cuba which is frozen in the 1950's so I found this book very interesting to read although the book is full of Spanish words so it isn't an easy read unless you know Spanish. -- Added by Jean P on 02/14/2013

Every Day
Every Day by David Levithan (Science Fiction, Fantasy, Science, Health)
Very unusual story about a person who wakes up every day in a different body. Sometimes a girl, sometimes a boy but every day living the life of that person. It was a fantastic book and very well written. One of the best books I have read recently and it has an ending that was perfect. -- Added by Jean P on 02/04/2013

Unbelievable Happiness and Final Sorrow
Unbelievable Happiness and Final Sorrow by Ruth A. Hawkins (Historical Fiction, Westerns, History)
This book could be classified in a lot of categories but I choose History. This author writes from a historical view and she is recognized nationally for her historic preservation which comes out in the writing of this book. I loved this book which goes year by year in the life of Ernest Hemingway and his second wife. -- Added by Jean P on 01/22/2013

Chill Factor
Chill Factor by Sandra Brown (Mystery, Horror, Crime, Business, Politics)
Fun book to read in the winter time. A mystery of which I didn't guess correctly in the end who did it so it was a successful mystery book. -- Added by Jean P on 01/15/2013
