The 2017 Green Gift Shop and Holiday Showcase

November 15, 2017
1:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Looking for ways to make your holiday shopping a little greener and more earth-friendly? Local businesses will showcase organic, natural, recycled, reused or repurposed items that make great gifts for family and friends.

Along with the gift shop, the library will showcase books and movies filled with heartwarming holiday stories, money-saving ways to spruce up your holidays, simple to elaborate crafts for gifts, and mouthwatering recipes.

Don't have a library card? We will help you register. Just bring a current ID and take home the best holiday gift you could give yourself - a new library card!

This event will also feature:

  • Complementary do-it-yourself holiday wrapping paper stations
  • Crafts for teens and children to make and take home
  • Holiday music by pianist Julie Shadinger
  • Holiday refreshments for all

This event is open to the public and registration is not required. For more information, contact Madelyn Zalon at either or (317) 815-9941, or call the library's Young Adult Services Desk at (317) 814-3983.

This program will be held in the Program Room.
