Finding Family

October 4, 2017
6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.

This five-week class will cover the basics of genealogy research, including how to get started, how to organize your information, what kinds of records are available and how to find them. Because everything in the class builds on information presented in the first lesson, it is essential that you be able to attend the October 4 session. Many genealogy resources are online; therefore, a reasonable comfort level with computers is useful.

Class is limited to 18 people. Registration is required by calling the Reference Desk at (317) 844-3362. Clay Township residents will have priority; nonresidents will be placed on a waiting list and will be invited to attend if space permits.

This program will be led by Sue Dillon and will be held in the Training Room on the 2nd floor.
