The Heartland Film Festival

Central Indiana's very own Heartland Film Festival honors independent and select theatrically-released motion pictures that inspire, educate, and engage moviegoers of all ages. The festival's Truly Moving Picture Award is bestowed on films that have a transformative effect on audiences and promote positive change. The festival also gives awards for audience choice and short and documentary films. The 2017 festival runs October 12-22.
