Yoga and mindfulness can be great tools for helping all to improve focus, attention, and confidence. Silly Hearts Yoga will be joining us for a 30-minute yoga session for teens and adults. Dress comfortably, and bring a mat, some water, and a willingness to learn some new yoga moves! Space is limited. Registration begins Thursday, July 19 online, in person at either the Young Adult Desk or the Reference Desk, or by calling (317) 814-3983. This program will be held in the Program Room and is for ages 12 and up.

Carmel Clay Public Library's Teen Library Council (TLC) is an advisory board of students in grades 7-12 who meet monthly with the library's Young Adult Services staff to discuss books, movies, and music and to give input on library issues related to teens.
The TVC is for teens in 6 - 12 grade. The library uses teen volunteers in a variety of activities and for many different programs.
